Head of Neptune, god of the sea, which is a detail from a famous Roman mosaic. The stamp has an overprint “FFL” (Free French Forces) with a value of 15 francs.
The mosaic comes from the ancient site of Utica (Utica) and is kept at the Bardo Museum in Tunis.
