Description
This show is dedicated to the Table of Jugurtha, an imposing limestone plateau located near Kalaat Senan, steeped in Numidian history and legends. The massive silhouette of this "natural monument", which served as a natural fortress for King Jugurtha in his fight against Rome, symbolizes the resistance and historical depth of Tunisian soil. By immortalizing this site, the Tunisian post office pays homage to the Numidian memory and the Berber identity of the country, establishing this geological curiosity as a symbol of sovereignty and national intangible heritage.
