Description
This stamp, resulting from an artistic competition ("Hackathon"), highlights the village of Takrouna, one of the most beautiful peak sites in Tunisia, located in the Enfidha region. The illustration captures the typical Berber architecture made of local stones and steep staircases, dominated by the dome of a zaouïa silhouetted against the azure sky. This subject celebrates the Berber heritage and the resilience of the villages of the heights which constitute living witnesses of the plural Tunisian identity. It is a tribute to the harmony between human habitat and rugged topography, symbolizing the persistence of ancestral roots in the Mediterranean landscape.
